Arm and Body Twists

Welcome to our Arm and Body Twist exercise.

In the first video, I will be explaining each movement and describing how to properly do them.

In the 2nd video, Corinna Keaney, our Occupational Therapist, will explain the various health benefits that this exercise will have on your body.

The 3rd video is where we will go through the exercise, two times, with music.
