Health and Well Being Programme 

Our exciting new health and well-being programme will start on the 29th March and will run for 8 weeks.

It has been created and will be facilitated by Nutritional Therapist Hannah Quinn and Commnunity Dance Artist Anna Treanor.

This programme will support positive mental health and well-being habits for young people, adults and older people

Classes will include:

- Adults and Older People Dance

- Partner Dancing

-Children's Dance

- Morning Stretch

- Dance and Play

Zumba and STRONG

Alongside the classes there will be nutrition & well-being information and advice to support you on a journey to feeling healthier
