This exciting new programme will involve online dance classes for adults. The sessions will consist of gentle movement exercises to music, helping to increase flexibility, coordination and strength.
Alongside the classes there will be nutrition & well-being information provided by Nutritional Therapist Hannah Quinn. This advice will support you on a journey to feeling healthier.
This combination will help support positive mental health and well-being habits.

Location: Online - Zoom
This class is on Zoom. After you book your place in the class you will receive a document with a link to register. Once you have registered you will receive the link and password to the Zoom Session.
The classes are recurring so they will use the same Zoom link and password every week.
